To strengthen our team, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who will further develop and structure our logistics.
YOUR TASKS:
- Professional and organizational leadership of the logistics department
- Planning, coordination, and ensuring smooth processes for customer orders, external work, and purchased parts
- Optimization and further development of logistics and warehouse processes
- Ensuring timely goods receipt, shipping, and scheduling/preparation for assembly and all other areas
- Responsible for goods receipt and outgoing inspection
- Proper packaging and shipping of orders
- Support in quality control
- Leadership, guidance, and development of employees
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing, AVOR, and quality
YOUR PROFILE:
You are an independent, entrepreneurial-thinking, and team-oriented personality. With your work, you want to provide our customers with good service and always keep customer satisfaction in focus.
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or similar education
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in an industrial environment (metal is an advantage)
- First leadership experience or clear motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Organizational talent with pronounced process and quality thinking
- Forklift license recognized by SUVA and driving license at least category B
- Forward-looking, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Resilience, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality
- Enjoy taking responsibility and sustainably improving things
- You see problems as opportunities and develop solutions
