Portrait of the School/Institution
The special education day school of the Nathalie Foundation supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, sensory disorders, and autism spectrum disorders). Several students exhibit highly challenging behaviors with external and self-injurious behavior.

Tasks
- You accompany individual students during school hours and support the respective teacher
- You work closely with the class teachers
- You collaborate constructively in the interdisciplinary team and with the parents
- You participate in internal professional consultations and training sessions
- In case of staff shortages or challenging situations, you support other classes
Requirements
- Completed training as FaBe B or K
- An independent and flexible personality with humor, empathy, and team spirit
- Experience working with people with complex impairments/ASD
- Physical and mental resilience
- Understanding of complex crisis situations and willingness to engage with them (from de-escalation measures to physical intervention)
