For the targeted expansion of our partner network in Europe outside the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced personality with a strategic view, entrepreneurial thinking, and high integrity.
As Manager International Partner Development, you are responsible for the strategic build-up and sustainable development of our European partner ecosystem. You identify attractive submarkets, acquire suitable sales partners, and develop them into long-term successful partners. In doing so, you combine entrepreneurial judgment with cooperative collaboration – both internally and externally. You work closely with management, product development, sales, and support. You make independent decisions, but never detached from the team, our long-term strategy, and our core values.
You open up selected European markets outside the DACH region.
You acquire approximately 3 qualitatively strong partners per year.
You systematically develop partners to sustainable market success.
You ensure that new partners fit Vertec professionally, entrepreneurially, and culturally.
You lay the foundation for our international growth – with moderation.
Our goal: We want to sustainably generate a significant (double-digit percentage) share of our license revenues in new markets within a few years.
Structured prioritization of suitable European submarkets.
Building a qualitatively strong partner pipeline.
Careful assessment of whether a partner is "ready" or capable of development.
Realistic, reliable contract conclusions.

We are not looking for a lone fighter, but a senior, experienced specialist who takes responsibility and works in a team at the same time.
Several years of experience in building or developing software or ERP sales partners.
Proven success in international market expansion.
Experience in contract negotiations at management level.
Entrepreneurial understanding of B2B software business models.
Ability to realistically assess both "ready" and developable partners.
High integrity and reliability.
Cooperative working style and team orientation.
Very good German and English skills.
Willingness to travel within Europe.
Experience in the ERP or professional services environment.
Experience with SaaS partner models.
Experience in organizational or partner development.
Network in the European software or consulting market.
Additional European language skills.
Organize your work in a way that makes sense for you and use your strengths purposefully. The position gives you a lot of scope to acquire suitable partners for us.
You take on an important role in the internationalization of Vertec and are the central contact person for new partners in their development towards market success.
