Your Tasks

You accompany our patients in individual conversations and in the daily ward routine during their recovery process and support them by conveying hope and confidence.
You are integrated into the ward's treatment team and contribute your affected perspective in reports and meetings with the treatment team.

Your Profile

You have completed IN-EX peer training, are capable of reflection, and maintain an open and transparent approach to your own illness.
You bring your own experience for one of the treatment fields (possible wards: psychotherapy, addiction disorder, or admission).
Thanks to your independent and responsible way of working as well as your social skills, you quickly integrate into the team.
Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.
