- You accompany our patients in individual conversations and in the daily ward routine during their recovery process and support them by conveying hope and confidence.
- You are integrated into the ward's treatment team and contribute your affected perspective in reports and meetings with the treatment team.
- You have completed IN-EX peer training, are capable of reflection, and maintain an open and transparent approach to your own illness.
- You bring your own experience for one of the treatment fields (possible wards: psychotherapy, addiction disorder, or admission).
- Thanks to your independent and responsible way of working as well as your social skills, you quickly integrate into the team.
- Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.
