Then we are looking for you for our location in Winterthur. As a project developer, you are the driving force behind forward-looking construction projects. You develop visionary concepts, manage complex processes, and ensure that each project is implemented efficiently and sustainably. In a dynamic team, you can contribute your ideas, take on responsibility, and actively help shape the construction world of tomorrow.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead projects as the overall project manager for direct mandates, competitions, and submissions – within the agreed cost, schedule, and quality framework
• You create market-oriented and customer-focused offers (IPD, TU, GU, GP) – strategically and operationally
• You examine and evaluate properties and project ideas in terms of market, competition, profitability, and customer needs
• You ensure internal selection and approval processes and assess opportunities and risks related to the project
• You conduct negotiations with clients, property owners, authorities, and other decision-makers
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams with internal specialists and external partners
• You actively contribute to the achievement of your team's, your department's, and your own development goals

Your profile

• Training in the construction or real estate industry (e.g., construction manager, technician in structural engineering, architect, engineer)
• Ideally with additional training in project management or construction/real estate economics
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and teamwork ability
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary project work and developing sustainable solutions
• Flair for overall performance competitions and submissions
