Your future challenges and stakes are multiple:

As a Maintenance Technician M/F/X, you contribute to the proper functioning of all the hotel's equipment and technical installations, you ensure the technical follow-up and compliance of rooms and lounges to guarantee the safety and comfort of the client. You respect intervention schedules throughout the establishment in agreement with the Technical Manager, and you follow the procedures in force, especially in the maintenance of equipment and spaces.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's technical installations (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, etc.);
• Anticipate and remedy any malfunction of technical installations;
• Collaborate with the various maintenance companies contracted by the establishment;
• Implement corrective action plans communicated to you by your Technical Manager;
• Maintenance and repair of the hotel: painting, false ceilings, carpentry, and room maintenance;
• Maintenance and repair of small equipment such as safes, locks, minibars, video projectors;
• Ensure follow-up until full completion of all work orders given to you by the Technical Manager;
• Communicate information clearly, effectively, and professionally to your manager;
• Know the services offered by the hotel, inform clients upon request, encourage them to use them, and direct them to the right service to make a reservation;
• Work closely with other hotel departments: Reception, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc.;

• Holder of a technical training in maintenance (Bac Pro or equivalent).
• Have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
• Have skills in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, SPA hydraulic systems.
• Autonomous, reactive, methodical, and flexible, you have a sense of service and an excellent team spirit.
• Fluency in French is essential and English would be a plus.
