What you will do here

Implement the strategy according to the guidelines of the AgriAqua Board of Directors ( Bewässerungsnetz.ch ) and review and adjust ongoing business models
Prepare reports (budgeting, key figures, and annual financial statements) for the Board of Directors
Responsible for marketing, communication, and sales
Manage the administrative and personnel leadership of the corporation and contribute to the successful establishment and development of the AG
Bear financial responsibility

What you ideally bring

University degree in business administration or equivalent with several years of professional experience in project or management functions
Practical experience in building a company
Enjoy interdisciplinary, complex projects
Organizational talent, strong communication skills, independent and flexible
Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other national language
