Polymechanic – Project Manager
Activities
- Personnel and technical responsibility for the production team (carpentry, metal processing and pre-assembly with around 25 employees and 2 apprentices
- Ensuring efficient, timely and high-quality production
- Planning, organizing and monitoring production processes including capacity planning and quality assurance
- Responsibility for the optimal use of personnel, machines and equipment
- Planning and management of maintenance and repair work for smooth production processes
- Trainer for the training of apprentice production mechanics
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training - polymechanic or metalworker
- Completed further training in production management, business administration (e.g. technician HF, production manager HFP) or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in production, ideally in the metal sector
- Experience as a trainer and enjoyment in training apprentices
- Sound knowledge in production planning, quality assurance and process optimization
- Leadership personality with strong communication skills, organizational talent and pronounced team orientation
