YOUR MISSION

The successful candidate will come from a business-oriented technological background, accustomed to dealing with both business users and technical staff, and will have experience in business analysis and project management.
A thorough knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and the electronic patient record (EPR) DEP and associated legislation.
A good understanding of the health insurance landscape and processes would be a plus.
The role is delivery-focused and a billable utilization target of 70% is expected.
Analyze client needs in the field of digital health topics.
Advise clients on digital health topics.
Develop high-level solution concepts.
Participate in and lead the development of consulting and solution proposals.
Provide expertise to colleagues and clients.
Identify and qualify opportunities (working with existing clients, potential clients, and sales).
Manage consulting assignments and projects.
Develop trusting relationships with clients.

YOUR PROFILE

Autonomous, customer-oriented.
Willing to travel within Switzerland.
Understand the Swiss healthcare system and Swiss strategy/laws regarding electronic patient records.
Have an established professional network in French-speaking Switzerland, ideally extending to the Bern region.
Good understanding of common IT concepts and technologies.
Experience in project management using agile methodologies.
Good understanding of software engineering/feasibility.
Experience in a number of successful IT projects, delivered on time, involving national clients.
At least 5 years of experience in the above areas.
French, English, German is a plus.
