Your tasks
- Assisting in caring for children during non-class time
- Organizing the daily routine involving the children
- Supporting the team in leading the children's group according to the pedagogical concept of the day structure
- Learning the professional knowledge and applying it in practice
- Household tasks (organizing and preparing snacks and lunch, assisting in organizing catering for parent events, and general cleaning tasks)
- Assisting in holiday care (during school holidays) as well as planning and co-designing activities
Your profile
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Previous trial apprenticeship is an advantage
- Enjoy working with children and interest in their development
- Communicative, sociable, and enjoy interacting with people
- Empathy, reliability, independent working style, and sense of responsibility
