- Planning and preparation of arrivals; within the framework of the so-called "Pre Arrival Checks" with special attention to Bürgenstock Hotel guests and VIP guests
- Telephone contact and inquiry of special wishes and preferences
- Coordination of special occasions; including honeymoon / birthdays / anniversaries
- Conducting the so-called guest and VIP screenings for early identification of VIPs
- Room check of VIP arrivals and suites
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing informative introduction to the resort and its services
- Regular courtesy calls to ensure ongoing guest satisfaction during their stay
- Recording and coordinating negative guest comments during the stay
- Close communication and cooperation with the Front Office / Guest Service Center and Concierge
- Recording guest complaints and restoring guest satisfaction
You have completed vocational training in the administrative field. You bring international experience in 5* hospitality and in the care of VIP guests. You speak German, English, and preferably also French fluently, both spoken and written. Shift and weekend work are a matter of course for you. You show high commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and work calmly, precisely, and efficiently even under time and work pressure.
