- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid)
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
