The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. Modern – dynamic – in the heart of the Alps – that is our emergency department in the winter season.
For our winter season, we are looking for an Emergency Care Expert 60-100% or registered nurses with IMC training and/or experience in emergency care/acute care.
December to March / contact us, we will find a suitable deployment opportunity.
Your area of responsibility
- Care of emergency patients in the high-traffic winter operation
- Ensuring high-quality nursing in complex and acute situations
- Rapid clinical assessment and prioritisation of walk-in patients
- Close cooperation with doctors, rescue service, Rega and other interfaces
- Active contribution to team dynamics during challenging peak times
Your skills
- Professional experience in emergency and/or solid acute hospital experience
- Resilience and calmness in dealing with emergency patients
- Independent working style and clear, direct communication
- Enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work closely and straightforwardly with the acute ward
