In our Cargo Logistics Center Rothenburg, you are part of a 130-member family. In the heart of the canton of Lucerne, you can expect generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

Leading and further developing a team of around 20 employees as well as 2–3 shift supervisors
Organizing and controlling the transshipment according to the instructions of the branch management
Scheduling the assigned employees
Planning and organizing the training and further education of shift supervisors and transshipment staff
Recruiting transshipment staff in close cooperation with HR
Conducting annual personnel development discussions/employee evaluations
Introducing and training new employees
Coordinating and organizing railcar traffic
Fleet control of trucks (cleanliness, damage, completeness of equipment)
Participation in transshipment and optimization projects
Preparing monthly statistics for the branch management

What you bring

Completed apprenticeship with EFZ
Several years of professional experience
Leadership experience and further training in leadership are mandatory
Experience in logistics or transport is desirable
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Forklift license must be available
Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
Resilient, physically robust & strong assertiveness
Independent & proactive working style
Analytical & organizational talent
