Raiffeisen Bank of Malcantone is looking for a motivated and enterprising Client Advisor eager to contribute to the development and success of the Bank.

• You will actively assist assigned clients, developing solutions tailored to needs within the scope of the segment's specific product and service offerings
• You will analyze client needs by identifying requirements and providing necessary information
• You will independently conduct basic financial consultations
• You will ensure impeccable and client-oriented management at the counter
• You will act as the primary contact person for all client requests in the client area.
• You will coordinate the flow of clients between various areas, actively support clients in digital self-service ("digital coach"), and provide services (e.g., support in using ATMs or digital offers).

• Commercial employee diploma, preferably in banking and professional maturity or equivalent qualification
• Good digital skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in client contact
• Preferential criteria: Experience in the banking sector, knowledge of the local market, SAQ certification, and residence in the Lugano area
