Our "Fund Services" team represents the operations of the custodian bank in projects. In close collaboration with numerous internal stakeholders as well as external fund management, asset managers, and custodians, we create the operational prerequisites for asset management at Zürcher Kantonalbank and one of the largest asset management portfolios in Switzerland in the form of funds and mandates.

Your tasks

Representing the custodian bank in onboarding, life-cycle, and overarching bank projects internally and externally
Reviewing contract documents from an operational perspective and coordinating the review with numerous interfaces
Setting up new products and implementing life-cycle events in our fund accounting and custodian bank systems
Operationally supporting fund launches, mergers, and custodian bank changes and providing first-level support in the custodian bank's daily operations
Taking ownership in optimization and efficiency enhancement projects

Your profile

Several years of solid experience in fund or custodian bank business
Expertise in the operational NAV process of KAG retail funds and handling complex fund contracts
Flair for operations and IT systems and at the same time interest in the contractual side of the fund business
You are committed, enjoy working in a team, like versatile, demanding tasks, and can make independent decisions
You are characterized by analytical and critical thinking, a structured way of working, and strong implementation skills
You have experience in project work and keep an overview even with numerous parallel tasks, topics, and under pressure
You are accustomed to dealing with demanding internal and external stakeholders and bring the necessary communication skills for this
