Your Tasks

Handling and monitoring the procurement process of medical consumables, supplies, and office materials
Ensuring material availability
Processing complaints and recalls
Maintaining and continuously updating article and supplier master data
Close cooperation with internal requesters
Participation in projects in the purchasing and logistics area
Taking over holiday cover in the central warehouse / ward supply

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent education
Successfully completed specialist certificate as purchasing specialist is an advantage
Professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a hospital environment
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (Opale)
High personal responsibility, organizational talent, and ability to work in a team
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Initiative and resilient personality
