Your Tasks and Perspectives

Participate in our central administration with a clearly recognizable service character
Contact person for our patients, external customers, and internal clinics
Scheduling and coordination of outpatient and inpatient examinations
Patient care at the reception
Processing of findings and requests for image orders
Report preparation and general administrative tasks

What You Bring to This Position

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Pharmaceutical Assistant EFZ, or Health Specialist EFZ
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital environment
Proficient in medical terminology and very good German skills in spoken and written form
Strong customer and service orientation as well as high interconnected thinking ability
Team-oriented and resilient personality with an independent and responsible working style
Willingness to change and enthusiasm for innovation
Willingness to work across locations in the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine network (workplaces in St. Gallen and Rorschach)
