In this context, we are looking for our Finance and Talent & Culture Manager to support our development and strengthen the performance of our organization.
Finance & Administration
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and analyze monthly and annual financial reports.
- Lead monthly closings and analysis of financial results in coordination with management.
- Secure turnover, develop forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax standards and internal procedures.
- Supervise treasury, invoicing, payments, and internal control.
- Ensure general administrative management (contracts, official documents, regulatory compliance).
People & Culture (Human Resources)
- Implement the HR strategy in line with the vision and values of the MGallery / La Maison group.
- Oversee the complete human resources cycle: recruitment, integration, training, development, and retention of talents.
- Support managers in managing their teams and developing their skills.
- Ensure a harmonious and motivating work environment.
- Guarantee the application of Swiss labor law as well as the group's internal policies.
- Lead La Maison projects related to corporate culture, employee engagement, and well-being.
- Higher education in finance, with a strong interest in human resources.
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in management, communication, and organization.
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and results orientation.
- Collaborative leadership and strong ability to unite.
