Your tasks:
- Consulting, calculation, and project management of timber construction projects
- Coordination with external and internal workshop planners, specialist planners, and clients
- Responsible development of load-bearing structures, fire protection, and construction.
- Innovative solution proposals for modern timber system buildings.
Your skills:
- Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ with further training as a technician HF or timber construction engineer HF
- Professional experience in handling timber construction projects, especially in the areas of project management, cost calculation, CAD planning (Cadwork), statics, tendering, building physics, and site management
- Passion for modern architecture with wood
- Independent personality with a high degree of conscientiousness and committed working style with good interpersonal skills.
- High affinity for digitalization such as BIM, 3D planning, CNC machine control, etc.
