The Wysshölzli Clinic is a leading specialized clinic for women with addiction disorders and eating disorders, offering 37 inpatient treatment places as well as two outpatient clinics. The clinic is listed on the hospital list of the Canton of Bern, has a service contract with the cantonal health and welfare directorate, and contracts with health insurers. We are looking for, by arrangement, a
Personal Assistant 60 – 100 %
Your tasks
- You carry out admission and discharge procedures
- You support the specialist responsible in personnel recruitment
- You are involved in general personnel administration including managing personnel files
- You handle social insurance-related tasks in connection with AHV, family allowances, pension fund, as well as health and accident insurance
- You take care of payroll processing for monthly and hourly wages
- You assist in the control and coordination of time recording in Polypoint/TACS
- You contribute to the further development and digitization of personnel processes as well as projects
- You organize activities for employees
- Depending on personal interests and the level of employment, further administrative tasks within the clinic are possible
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and can demonstrate further training in human resources
- You bring extensive experience in personnel administration
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are discreet, resilient, and independent
- You convince through precise work
- You are flexible and enjoy working in a small team
- You have solid IT skills
