Your Tasks
- Medical-therapeutic overall responsibility for the transdiagnostic treatment of patients and their families
- Clinical-diagnostic assessment of patients, indication setting, clarification of legal status, responsibility for therapy planning and implementation
- Creation and further development of treatment concepts as well as responsibility for their implementation in cooperation with superiors and the multiprofessional treatment team
- Planning & coordination of personnel resource deployment
- Close cooperation with employees from other areas of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Training of assistant physicians and assistant psychologists

- A specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or an equivalent specialist level) distinguishes you
- You enjoy working in multiprofessional teams; you convince through your quick comprehension, independent working style, and responsible actions
- Interest in milieu-therapeutic and recovery-oriented work is a matter of course for you
- Leadership skills and enthusiasm for the conceptual further development of treatments are among your strengths
