To complete our team, we are looking for a Site Manager, available immediately or by arrangement, capable of organising, coordinating and ensuring the smooth progress of our outdoor development projects.

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Organisation, planning and monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination of teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality of work
• Participation in site meetings
• Relations with clients, suppliers and partners
• Requesting quotes and comparing offers
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries
• Carrying out measurements, amendments and accounts
• Managing priorities and unforeseen events

👤 Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as landscaper, bricklayer, building or civil engineering draughtsperson, or equivalent training
• Experience in managing and monitoring construction sites
• Good technical knowledge in construction or outdoor developments
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Ease in dealing with clients and various stakeholders
• Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of Baubit software is an advantage
• Leadership, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Rigour, reliability and team spirit
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German appreciated
• Driving licence required
