Your Tasks
- Modeling and maintaining IT and support processes according to ITIL / BPMN 2.0
- Developing the required documentation together with the process owners
- Organizing process workshops and actively participating in the role of process modeler
- Conducting training sessions
- Checking possibilities for process automation
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor) e.g. in Business, Business Informatics or Computer Science
- Ideally first professional experience in process management and modeling
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Commitment, enthusiasm for design, holistic thinking and initiative
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
