Coordinator Management and Projects (m/f/d)

Become part of a dynamic team and actively shape the strategic future of the Operations business area, and thus also of FINMA.

• Direct support of the Divisional Operating Officer (DOO) in strategic projects and operational issues. Coordination of cross-departmental meetings and workshops, including moderation and preparation of decision-making bases for the management team
• Coordination and communication of organizational and administrative tasks between the Operations business area and the other business areas
• Participation as a Change Agent in transformation and improvement processes

• University degree in business, communication or business informatics or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in management support, chief of staff or comparable function
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and moderation skills, ability to present complex content clearly
• Very good German skills (C2) and English skills (C1), French skills (A2/B1) are an advantage
• Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of agile methods are a plus.
