Main tasks
- Direct support of the Divisional Operating Officer (DOO) in strategic projects and operational issues. Coordination of cross-departmental meetings and workshops, including moderation and preparation of decision-making bases for the management team
- Coordination and communication of organizational and administrative tasks between the Operations business area and the other business areas
- Participation as a Change Agent in transformation and improvement processes
Profile
- University degree in business, communication or business informatics or comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in management support, chief of staff or comparable function
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and moderation skills, ability to present complex content clearly
- Very good German skills (C2) and English skills (C1), French skills (A2/B1) are an advantage
- Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of agile methods are a plus.
