Spitex Foppa is active in the care and support of the 6 municipalities in the catchment area of Ilanz. The catchment area includes Ilanz/Glion, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Safiental, Vals and Breil/Brigels (Andiast/Waltensburg). We care for and support clients in their familiar environment according to the reference care model.

We are looking for immediately or by arrangement 

Team Leader 60 - 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading the care and support team
• Promoting employees in providing the service and ensuring the flow of information 
• Supporting care management and planning 
• Care and support of clients at home
• Conducting needs assessment / ensuring care quality / case management

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High professional and social competence
• Independent, responsible and organized way of working
• Good IT skills in common MS Office applications, 
  perigon experience is an advantage
