What you can achieve

• You are responsible
  for the personnel and professional management of the
  nursing staff within a strong management team

• You plan the shifts

• and rest periods of the nursing staff

• You care for House B with 19 residents,
  ensure high nursing quality and
  actively involve the relatives

• You support the nursing staff
  in their development and in daily ward operations

• You ensure that our standards and concepts are implemented

What you bring with you

• A completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH

• Experience in geriatrics
  and long-term care

• Leadership experience and corresponding further training

• Ideally, you have training in RAI/RUG
  as well as in validation
  and kinesthetics

• Your leadership style is appreciative, reflective, as well as goal-

• and solution-oriented

• You have high professional

• and social competence
