Team Leader (m/f/d) Service - Electrical Engineering Department

As a Team Leader (m/f/d) Service, you lead a dedicated team and are responsible for ensuring smooth service operations. Your tasks include: 

• Leadership and Organization:
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of electrical and commissioning technicians across Europe
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of commissioning, electrical tasks, and other service orders
  • Planning and organizing technical training and certifications for technicians 
• Planning and Monitoring:
  • Regular site and customer visits to check quality, safety, execution, and customer satisfaction on-site and to implement improvement measures
  • Support with project acceptances, handovers, commissioning in international projects, possibly coordinating approvals, official or technical requirements in the affected countries
• Administration and Interface Management:
  
  • Reporting, key figure analysis, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

• Technical training in electrical engineering or comparable with further training towards master craftsman, technician, or completed technical studies
• Professional experience in electrical installation, commissioning, testing, building technology
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in Switzerland (e.g., NIV) and in Germany/EU, ideally experience with approvals / acceptances across borders
• Leadership experience, ideally in the service sector or field service
• Willingness to travel, including for international projects
• Fluent German and English skills (at least B2), additional language skills are a plus
