Metal construction designers (m/f/d) use computer-aided programs to create plans for metal, steel, and facade construction. They perform comprehensive calculations and accompany the entire planning process from manufacturing to assembly.

Your tasks

• Taking measurements on the construction site
• Drawing plans using CAD program in 3D
• Considering economic, static, and building physics aspects in the constructions 
• The work is particularly diverse and varied

Requirements

• District or secondary school diploma
• Technical understanding
• Good performance in mathematics, geometry, and technical drawing
• Spatial imagination
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Methodical thinking and systematic working style
• Interest in solving complex tasks
• Organizational talent and communicative
