The Thematic Equities team is a team of over 50 investment professionals responsible for managing long-only thematic equity strategies.
Your role
As a Graduate, we offer you a permanent position starting with a unique 18-month programme during which you will rotate through different investment and business teams within Pictet AM. During the programme, you will develop technical know-how working alongside accomplished investment professionals to gain first-hand exposure to portfolio management.
At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position in the thematic equities team. Your role will be to assist the team with research, impact modelling, and content generation to support our organisation.
As the chosen graduate, you will show curiosity, a desire to learn, humility and the ability to work in a team. Your pragmatic and down-to-earth mindset will enable you to successfully blend in a cognitively diverse environment.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Highly self-motivated, curious and independent.
- Strong programming skills and good knowledge of LLM and agentic workflows.
- A deep passion for sustainability, AI and financial markets.
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
