PROJECT MANAGER / BUILDING PHYSICS + ACOUSTICS, 80 - 100 %

Workplace: Münchenstein BL (Dreispitz Area)

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management and processing in the areas of energy, thermal/moisture protection, and acoustics (noise protection, building and room acoustics)
• Creation of concepts and proofs, planning of detailed solutions, technical consulting, room and building simulations, conducting measurements (thermal/moisture protection, acoustics)
• Processing of projects and execution details concerning structural building construction
• Consulting of clients and architects
• Cost and schedule control of ongoing projects

YOU HAVE…

• a (specialized) university degree in architecture or engineering sciences. Related training at technical schools and additional training in the field of energy are possible.
• several years of professional experience in the fields of building physics and acoustics (concepts, calculations and proofs, detailed planning, measurement technology, construction inspections, etc.).
• in-depth knowledge of SIA standards (e.g., SIA 180, SIA 181, SIA 380/1, etc.), cantonal energy laws, and possibly noise protection regulations.
• good knowledge of specialized software (e.g., Lesosai, Flixo, Sketchup, IDA ICE, WUFI, CadnaA, Odeon, Norsonic software, etc.).
• the attributes "team player, resilient, independent, innovative".
• customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
• confident German language skills, both spoken and written.
