Project Manager Energy Management
Starting from January 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for reinforcement in our team.
Your tasks include:
- Based on inspections, you identify potential for energy operational optimizations (eBO) in complex infrastructure facilities (HVAC)
- You assist our clients in optimally setting up their building technology systems and convey the necessary know-how to the technical teams through training
- Through measurement campaigns and data analysis, you validate the energy and economic impact of the recommended eBO measures
- Thanks to measurement concepts and advice on ideal monitoring, you enable our clients to have an optimal overview of energy consumption
- By conducting condition analyses of building technology systems, you determine renovation strategies and assist our clients in investment decisions
We are looking for a motivated professional with solid practical knowledge in HVAC technology and/or building automation, who actively supports our team. Ideally, you bring solid know-how in control technology and have particular experience in energy controlling. This knowledge will be of great benefit to you in the diverse tasks.
What is particularly important to us: You enjoy solution-oriented collaboration with various professionals and bring a high motivation for energy efficiency topics. A degree in building or energy technology (HF or FH) forms the basis for this exciting challenge.
Good MS Excel skills are essential, as they help you analyze and prepare data efficiently. Your communication skills in German should be at least at C1 level, both orally and in writing, so that you can convey complex issues precisely and clearly.
