Your Tasks
The Pharmaceutical Services department, a great team of around 25 pharmaceutical assistants, logisticians, and pharmacists, jointly supplies inpatient and outpatient patients at 5 different locations with medications. With the planned expansion of ward management, the team of pharmaceutical assistants will be even closer to the patient bedside in the future. At KSA, you can expect an exciting and dynamic project for medication supply with the new "Dreiklang" building, where you can make an important contribution.
Your area of responsibility:
- You organize and are responsible for the daily operations from medication procurement to delivery to the wards
- You have personnel leadership of 25 pharmaceutical assistants, logisticians, and temporary staff. In operational and strategic business, you are supported by newly appointed, experienced senior pharmaceutical assistants as well as a deputy team leader
- You participate in shaping the medication processes in the new building as well as in the relocation of the ward pharmacies
- You occasionally work in daily service
Your Profile
You have completed training in the medical, administrative, or logistical field, ideally as a pharmaceutical assistant.
- You bring organizational skills, can set priorities, and keep an overview in the broad daily business
- Leadership experience is a prerequisite. We support further leadership training
- With your open and professional communication style, you maintain profitable collaboration within and outside the hospital pharmacy
- Good IT skills with MS Office are required; SAP knowledge is advantageous for faster onboarding
- Your initiative, independent and reliable personality as well as your assertiveness complete your profile
