You are responsible for the holistic financial management of the company and lead the departments of Finance, Human Resources and IT. You ensure a reliable, efficient and future-oriented organisation and support the management as well as the board of directors in key entrepreneurial decisions. In a demanding market environment, another focus lies on the further development of structures, processes and key figures as well as ensuring a healthy financial development.
Your Profile
With your motivating leadership personality and pronounced expertise, you create the foundation for successful collaboration with the experienced and qualified team. You have a business management qualification at FH level or an equivalent qualification and bring solid experience from the manufacturing industry. Entrepreneurial thinking, a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style as well as a strong sense of responsibility and high implementation strength characterise you.
