What you can achieve
- In the early and late shifts, you work at the core of our cheese production and ensure that the processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- The operation and monitoring of the cheese salting systems ensure that every step in the ripening process remains stable, safe, and of high quality.
- You actively address any irregularities regarding hygiene, safety, or production standards, thereby supporting a reliable quality understanding throughout the team.
- You keep all necessary documentation – from production reports to cleaning records – complete and well organized.
- You ensure material availability on the line by making sure cleaning agents, molds, baskets, and required tools are ready on time.
- You carry out cleaning and maintenance work according to our guidelines and continuously contribute ideas to further develop equipment, processes, and interfaces.
What you bring with you
- A completed vocational training in the food, production, or technical field provides a solid foundation for your start.
- Initial experience in industrial production or handling equipment is a plus – but more important is your willingness to take responsibility and develop further.
- Carefulness, hygiene, and safety awareness are natural to you and are reflected in your daily work.
