Your tasks
- Planning, coordination, and control of internal patient transports
- Prioritization of transport orders according to medical urgency
- Central communication interface between wards, functional areas, and transport teams
- Monitoring of transport times and ensuring defined quality standards
- Documentation, analysis, and optimization of processes in patient escort service
- Active participation in the further development of logistical processes
Your profile
- Completed training in the medical field, e.g., as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or in emergency services
- Experience in dispatching, coordination, or logistics is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and communication skills
- Fast, structured, and efficient way of working
- Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to cooperate in a multiprofessional environment
