Wallisellen. If the support needs in the regular school system temporarily exceed the personnel resources on site, "Tailwind" can be called in quickly and easily. The team currently consists of two professionals (m/f) in
social pedagogy. Depending on the assignment, the Tailwind team works together or individually directly on site. The working method is preventive, supportive, advisory and aims to relieve the regular school system.
The "Tailwind" is organizationally and personnel-wise assigned to the school in small groups (KGS). For the "Tailwind" team, we are looking for a
Social Pedagogue FH with an 80% workload as of 1.1.2026
Your main tasks
Consultation of teachers after case analysis/observation
Situational support of individual students
Collaboration with class teachers, special education teachers,
social pedagogues, therapists, school social work and school management
Crisis intervention
Concept work, case management, documentation
You bring
Completed training as a Social Pedagogue FH
Joy and curiosity to accompany children and adolescents daily in their development
Several years of professional experience and interest in working with students with special needs
Initiative, teamwork, humor
High flexibility and good self-organization
