On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a CNC polymechanic turner and/or miller (a).- Operation of CNC machines for machining large turbine and generator shafts (with Siemens 840C control)
- Monitoring the production process
- Independent detection and correction of malfunctions – if necessary, informing the responsible supervisor
- Maintenance and control of the tool inventory to ensure smooth workflow
- Independent execution of quality inspections (visual & dimensional)
- Documentation of test results according to specifications
- Use of operating resources and machines to optimally support production
- Early preparation of subsequent production orders
- Recording and feedback of completed work steps in the SAP system
- Execution of special tasks and special orders by arrangement
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
- Several years of professional experience as a CNC turner and/or CNC miller
- Willingness to work 3-shift system
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Physically good condition
