Your tasks
- You and your team plant, maintain, and care for around 700 contracted graves at the municipal cemeteries of Lucerne (main workplace Friedhof Friedental).
- You create seasonal or permanent plantings on graves and flower beds.
- You share responsibility for the professional care and order processing of the contracted graves.
- You ensure a customer-oriented, compliant, and respectful interaction with the relatives of various faith communities.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the graves and accompany the relatives during funerals or burials.
- You have a regulated 42-hour work week.
Your profile
- You have a basic gardening education EFZ in the field of ornamental or perennial gardening.
- You bring several years of experience in gardening maintenance.
- You work responsibly and resource-consciously.
- You possess a category B driving license, trailer test preferred but not mandatory.
- You are mentally and physically resilient, empathetic, and reliable.
