The eligible voters of the municipality of Rüti approved the independence of Zentrum Breitenhof on September 28, 2025. During 2026, the center will be converted into a public benefit corporation. The new Zentrum Breitenhof AG will take over the operation with all offers and services.
On behalf of the municipality of Rüti, we are looking for experienced and committed individuals for the new organization as:
Members of the Board of Directors of Zentrum Breitenhof AG in Rüti
With the following focus profiles:
- Financial management
- Care and support
- Technological development
- You will jointly take on the strategic leadership and supervision of the center together with your colleagues.
- You define the corporate strategy and monitor its implementation.
- You contribute your expertise to the decision-making processes of the Board of Directors.
- You approve the budget, the annual report, and other central foundations of the organization.
- You work with the management and supervise their activities.
- Several years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the health or social sector.
- Experience in the relevant fields at the level of the Board of Directors or management of an SME or large company.
- Knowledge in organization, finance, or law is desirable.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and team orientation.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to help shape an organization with a public mandate.
- Higher education (university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent).
- Ideally local or regional connection.
- Availability +/- 10 half days per year.
