Department:DECSEntity:Employment Service (SEMP)Activities:You ensure the operational and strategic governance of SEMP data, ensuring their integrity, coherence, and enhancement, while guaranteeing a harmonized use of business IT systems. You supervise their proper functioning, security, evolution, and integration into the digital vision of the management. Furthermore, you play a key role as an interface between various stakeholders to ensure rigorous application of legal bases. You lead digital projects and develop the necessary indicators to inform the strategic decisions of the management. Finally, you support teams in the appropriation and optimal use of business tools, strengthening the data culture within the service. Through your actions, you guarantee the reliability of information, support decision-making, and directly contribute to the performance and activity of the service.Desired profile:Holder of a master's degree in economics, statistics/data analytics, information systems, or business informatics, you have at least five years of experience in the field. You master statistical analysis, databases, and the Office suite, while having a solid understanding of information systems and data security and protection principles. You know how to analyze business needs, lead digital projects, and propose relevant operational solutions. Comfortable in communication and writing, you work autonomously, demonstrate rigor and a sense of priorities, while maintaining a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
