Your tasks
Professional and personnel management of the team in 2-shift operation
Planning, organization, and monitoring of workflows
General assistance in production
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Optimization of processes to increase efficiency and cost optimization
Several years of professional experience in production
Leadership experience desirable
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
Experience in handling IT
German in writing and speaking
Teamwork, communication skills, and assertiveness
Willingness to cooperate
Driver's license category B not mandatory but an advantage
Great willingness to learn
