Tasks
- Manufacturing soft gel capsules and components per specifications in shifts.
- Setting up rooms, equipment, and systems according to guidelines.
- Monitoring production processes and maintaining compliance with GMP.
Skills
- Experience in production, preferably in pharmaceuticals or food industry.
- Strong technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems.
- Knowledge of GMP and proficiency in German (minimum B2).

About the job
Area of Responsibility
- Production of soft gelatin capsules as well as the individual components according to product-specific specifications in 3-shift operation
- Setting up/providing room, systems, and equipment according to specific requirements
- Carrying out room and line releases
- Continuous monitoring of manufacturing processes
- GMP-compliant documentation on paper and using IT systems
- Compliance with safety, GMP, and hygiene regulations
- Troubleshooting and reporting technical defects
- Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and systems according to regulations
- Participation in the continuous improvement process
Your Profile
- Production experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, ideally in shift work, is desirable
- Training in a pharmaceutical or food environment is an advantage
- Good technical understanding
- Experience with IT systems is an advantage
- GMP knowledge
- German spoken and written (at least B2)
