To complement our team in the Inner Corelab in Allschwil, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent, reliable, and quality-conscious person as Dipl. Biomedical Analyst HF Automation with leadership experience 80-100%.

• In our highly automated Inner Corelab, where more than 1,000 different analyses are performed in 24/7 operation, you ensure that patients, medical practices, and hospitals receive precise laboratory results within a very short time as a reliable basis for quick diagnosis and rapid therapy decisions.
• You perform analyses from the specialist areas of clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, and infectious serology with the support of state-of-the-art laboratory automation and first-class infrastructure.
• You engage in projects, optimize processes, introduce new methods and analyses, participate in quality assurance, and take responsibility for employees.
• You support our motivating, solution-oriented team culture and contribute to the future-oriented development of our department.
• Completed training as a Dipl. Biomedical Analyst or equivalent training, further education (HF Life Science, HöFa) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the laboratory environment, including initial leadership experience or project responsibility
• Experience in operating modern laboratory equipment as well as a high affinity for technology
• Result-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and commitment to projects and team development
• Flexibility and willingness to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts with an attractive compensation and compensation model
• Strong customer, quality, and solution orientation, combined with initiative and joy in continuous improvement
• Very good German skills, good French skills are an advantage
