The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with various gastronomy venues
and a centrally located hotel at Burgdorf train station. This includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the
popular Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-visited bar "B5 to be", the Bistro B5 and the shop B5 to go.
To complement our service team in the Restaurant & Bar B5, we are looking for a passionate host personality as
Service Staff 100% starting December 1 or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
Care and advice for guests including active sales and promotion of additional sales
Managing your own station including cash handling and daily accounting
Deployments at events, banquets and catering
Adherence to quality and hygiene standards
Your profile
You are an open and motivated person
You are flexible and like to be on the move
You have experience in gastronomy, preferably with completed training
You enjoy contact with guests, are a flexible team player and your humor
remains with you even in hectic situations?
You have very good German skills, English & French skills are an advantage
