Your Tasks
- Management and monitoring of investment projects in healthcare
- Preparation of profitability analyses, investment calculations, and business cases
- Budget planning, forecasts, and investment controlling at regional or site level
- Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for management
- Close cooperation with management, construction departments, and specialist areas
- Further development of controlling instruments and reporting structures
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, controlling, finance, or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in investment controlling, ideally in healthcare or hospital environment
- Very good knowledge of investment calculation, budgeting, and analysis
- Confident handling of MS Excel, BI tools, and common ERP systems
- Analytical, structured working style and communication skills
