Your task is demanding and versatile.

As a Job Coach at SVA Zurich, you are a specialist in mental health in the workplace. You are available when an illness may be emerging or has already occurred. With your pragmatic and considerate approach, you accompany as a Job Coach closely so that a person with psychological impairments can keep their workplace. You reconcile the demands of the workplace with the medical assessment and maintain close contact with employers and healthcare providers. Your focus is on integration into the primary labor market. You take over case management and find sustainable solutions together with other internal integration specialists.

You convince us with your skills.

We expect a completed education in the psychiatric or psychological field as well as several years of professional experience. You bring psychopathological knowledge as well as knowledge of the primary labor market. Ideally, you are familiar with various coaching methods and use them effectively. Ideally, you have experience in systemic solution-oriented counseling and in negotiating with employers, healthcare providers, and other integration partners. In addition to organizational skills, IT competence, and administrative flair, strong communication skills and an independent working style are among your strengths. Your open, reflective manner as well as your pronounced empathy and assertiveness complete your profile.
