Your Tasks
- Shared responsibility with the supervising ward management: professional, personnel, organizational and economic management of the ward in close cooperation with the senior physician of ward G2
- Achievement of professional, personnel, educational as well as economic goals
- Management of professional development and specialist projects at ward level in consultation with supervisors and the head of professional development as well as targeted transfer of expertise within the team, advice on professional questions and implementation of specialist tasks
- Initiating and shaping change processes together with the ward management
- Comprehensive care and support of patients with a mental illness
Your Profile
- SRK-recognized diploma as a certified nurse HF or FH and at least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Enjoyment in working on the implementation of specialist and leadership topics
- Professional competence at CAS level (CAS Psychiatric Nursing / CAS Dementia and Life Design, or similar) or willingness to complete further specialist training
- Ideally: leadership experience
- Motivation and skills to continuously further develop the ward's offerings and processes in interprofessional collaboration, oriented towards the latest findings, and to proactively accompany change processes.
- Organizational talent, leadership skills, ideally: completed leadership course
- Open and reflective attitude
