- Overall responsibility for project management of construction projects (building and civil engineering) with a focus on managing planning, work, and delivery services within the project organization
- Planning, controlling, and implementing procurement and tendering strategies for construction services, taking into account project-specific requirements, regulatory provisions, as well as SIA and KBOB guidelines
- Preparation, execution, and leadership of tendering procedures including tender discussions, contract negotiations, and contract drafting for architectural and general planning services
- Technical leadership and coordination of the involved planners and partners during the procurement and execution phases
- Interface management between internal stakeholders, external planners, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of market and cost developments, supplier landscapes, and relevant industry trends for active risk management
- Active participation in the further development of project and procurement processes in the real estate sector as well as in establishing sustainable, strategic project and construction service management
- Several years of proven professional experience in the construction or real estate environment, ideally in project management, project procurement, or contract and tender management
- Solid experience in managing construction projects as well as dealing with architectural, general planner, and general contractor/subcontractor services
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss procurement and tendering landscape, especially the SIA and KBOB standards
- Experience in conducting tendering procedures, contract negotiations, and contract management
- Strong project, communication, and negotiation skills as well as confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, analytical working style, initiative, and high resilience
- Good user knowledge of common IT and project management tools
- Fluent German skills, French is an advantage
