- Completed vocational training in IT or logistics required.
- High service orientation and love for direct customer contact.
- Experience in inventory management, preferably in IT.

About the job
You like to get involved, are technically skilled, and feel at home both in the warehouse and in field service? Then a versatile role awaits you with us, where you combine IT know-how with organizational skills and actively contribute to smooth operations.Your Tasks
- Delivery of hardware as well as general field service assignments
- Setup, assembly, and disassembly of workstations and hardware
- Coordination and supervision of external suppliers during service and repair work
- Provision of hardware including order reconciliation, inventory management, and goods receipt
- Deputizing in the area of hardware orders
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in IT or logistics (e.g., ICT specialist EFZ, logistician EFZ)
- Driver's license category B
- Experience in inventory management, ideally in the IT environment
- High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
